Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of service personnel
• Drive service performance
• Manage and monitor client retention and improve customer complaint
• Trouble shooting and problem solving
• Coach and train service personnel
• Provide technical coaching / training
• Conduct presentation and review with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of service experience prior to assuming the job
• Proficient in MS Office
