Collection Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily calling on defaulting accounts
• Convince defaulting customers to update status/propose variation
• Review files and initiate strategy to enhance collection
• Conduct site visit request by head office to justify customer/unit whereabouts

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking industry (Debt Collection)
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
