Description

Responsibilities:
• To ensure all outlets meet the CSI target set and agreed with MBM
• Continuous CSI improvements – develop and implement CSI programs and activities.
• Liaison with Principal, MBM on CSI matters.
• Working closely with CSI committee at dealership – follow up with regards to action plan and monitor the progress.
• Weekly submission of group customer database for CSI survey to MBM.
• Mystery Shopping Program – Provide analysis and produce action plan
• Conduct training/ coaching specially to new hires on the CSI related matters

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree
• Min 3 years working experience with CSI
