Description

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will play an active role in renewals and retaining customers
• Managing existing portfolio and up selling
• By providing excellent after sales service and regular communication between the customer and the Company
• Work closely with other team members to provide strong team representation in meeting customer’s expectations
• Assist in credit control work
• Visit large account customers
• Conduct outbound call i.e. renewal, cycle call and attend to complaint calls.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a customer care outdoor environment
• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
• Call centre experience is an added advantage
• Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details.
• Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management
• Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work.
• Customer oriented
• Results driven
