HR & Admin Executive - RM5,400.00

Responsibilities:
To assist the superior and executive the overall spectrum of Human Resource such as recruitment, employee relations, appraisal management and legal requirements related matter.
To assist the superior to ensure company policies, procedures and rules and regulations being implemented, executed and review timely
To assist the superior and liaise with government statutory and local authority
To handle the overall training and education process
To support and participate with employee welfare activities an event including corporate activities such as KAIZEN, Sports & recreations and Safety committee
To coordinate with general administrative job and responsibilities such as expatriate handlings, purchasing, security, IT and company equipment
To participate and support company management systems including Quality (ISO9001), Environmental (ISO14000), Safety & Health (OHSAS/MS1722) and EICC Compliance
To support any task deemed necessary by the management


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years’ working experience in Human Resource and Administration functions in manufacturing environment
Well verse of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Factory & Machinery Act, Occupational Safety & Health Act and other manufacturing industry related Acts and Regulations
