Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Attend to walk-in customers, greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to appropriate personnel
• Receives, sorts and routes mail. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Arrange courier or delivery service
• Keeping reception area and meeting room tidy
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filling and clerical duties
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Friendly, independent, resourceful and responsible
• Good communication skill (English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a vibrant environment
