i had one thermo pot ELBA model TP 5006,it runs well but the thermo pot has a very strong acidic metallic smell, hence the water also turned into terrible acid-metallic taste. In the end i have no choice but to keep the pot inside the store room. I also heard the same complaint from other customers.can ELBA look into this matter? my contact number:0166271352 i did e-mail to [email protected] on 11/6/2010 but seems no reply.

I had one thermo pot Elba TP3810ss, also had the same problem. Worst is after one year, it rust inside!!
