Eternal City Site of Grace that can be accessed via Ranni's questline Elden Ring - RM3.00

Caelid - Kill enemies at this graveyard in the southwest of Caelid. One will transform into a gigantic creature that grants a Larval Tear when slain.

Altus Plateau - Check the wreckage to the east the Altus Plateau Minor Erdtree for unkilled enemies skulking on the corner. The foe will transform to a Lion Guard that drops a Larval Tear.

Siofra River - After reaching the Siofra River through the well to the west of the mistwood's Minor Erdtree, ride northeast towards an elevated. Continue east at the peak of the lift until you reach an area of wood-structural scaffolding next to an waterfall. Scale the wood scaffolding and then follow the path that runs through the waterfall to arrive at the location of a shop that sells Larval Tear.

Nokron, Eternal City - From the Nokron, Eternal City Site of Grace that can be accessed via Ranni's questline Elden Ring, fans should walk east to the courtyard, and then enter the building on the right side to locate a Larval Tear. There's a gazebo in the area west of that Mimic Tear boss fight, and the corpse under it holds the Larval Tear. When you defeat Mimic Tear boss Mimic Tear boss awards two Larval Tears. Take a northerly route from the Night's Sacred Ground Site of Grace in Elden Ring and the take the stairs to the right. The stairs will lead you to an immense structure. when you destroy the iron ball inside, it grants the ability to tear a Larval Tear.

Nokstella, Eternal City - Another city that Elden Ring players can access as they work through Ranni's quest. The Larval Tear is earned through the removal of the iron ball from the bridge near the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella Site of Grace.
