Gemer DS3

Gemer DS 3 tablet contains glimepiride 3 mg metformin 1000 mg, which are antidiabetic agents. It is used to manage type 2 diabetes when diet, exercise, and a single agent aren't enough. Type 2 diabetes occurs when the body doesn't make enough insulin or the insulin produced doesn't work well.

Some common symptoms include excessive urination, thirst, hunger, fatigue, and blurred vision. Glimepiride helps the pancreas produce more insulin and helps the body use it efficiently.

Metformin reduces the amount of sugar the liver releases into the blood. This medicine is not suitable for children under 18. Avoid alcohol, as it can affect blood sugar levels and increase the risk of lactic acidosis. Other side effects include taste disturbance, nausea, diarrhea, stomach ache, and vomiting.
