Mashutherapy (Horse therapy)-

Children with autism benefit from Mashutherapy (Horse therapy). Because of the physical, emotional, and sensory responses that come with riding a horse.

Normal directions are sometimes difficult for autistic children to understand. When your kid participates in horse therapy, he or she learn to follow directions through an enjoyable activity that are easier to grasp and remember. He will also direct the horse, which gives him additional opportunity to communicate. The child is naturally motivated to move. As a result, he will be more engaged and driven to communicate. Furthermore, cognitive level will naturally improve during the therapy. For example, therapists have kids to put coloured bean bags into baskets while riding, yell "woo" to get the horse move, and recognise scenes—all while riding.

The vestibular sensory organs are responsible for balance and spatial orientation. These are positioned within the inner ear and are triggered by changes in direction, incline, and speed. Riding a horse brings these sensory preceptors to life, making treatment more fun and motivating your kid to stay involved.
