Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of service personnel
• Drive service performance
• Manage client retention and improve CVC
• Involve in trouble shooting and problem solving of pest issues
• Coach and train service personnel
• Provide technical coaching and training
• Conduct presentation and review with clients


Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in any field
• Minimum 2.5 years of service experience or in pest industry
• Strong leadership skills, planning and organising and problem solving ability
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Able to analyse large amount of data to drive performance
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Deal with fast paced working environment
• Respond to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Computer literate
