Section Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and integrate industry-wide, cross-functional projects and relationships, and achieve desired results
• Plan, prioritise and organise project activities
o Develop business project plans/schedules while balancing business needs and expectations
o Responsible for super user/ end user acceptance testing, including executing some test scripts and overseeing and execution of process training
o Responsible for post-implementation audits to include expected versus actual improvements a result of the implementation of the project
• Develop project documentation
o Write business requirements documents for projects/enhancements
o Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, design new business processes and re-engineer existing business processes, and define operational process metrics
o Develop and maintain issue logs to ensure accountability for resolution of key issues
• Drives stakeholders effectively to achieve project deliverables and ensure project is delivered on schedule
• Lead optimization activities applied to the integration of work process, system and logistic technology
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to minimize cost-to-serve through process re-design or improvement
• Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior
