Senior Business Development Executive, Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
• Generate new businesses for company’s timepiece products by working with distributor.
• Identify and explore untapped market opportunities for Timepiece products.
• Increase brand awareness for company’s timepiece in Malaysia market, especially for premium timepieces.
• Plan and Implement sales and promotional activities with manpower support from distributor. E.g. roadshows, product launches, media events, store opening
• Visit dealers to build good rapport and strong relationships.
• Monitor timepiece business and analyse competitor actions.
• Prepare, analyse and submit Purchase, Sales & Inventory (PSI) monthly report and findings on local distributor activities to Singapore office
• Liaise between Singapore Office/Japan HQ and distributors on projects, sales & promotional activities.
• Analyses results of each project and activity.
• Identify root cause and propose corrective actions.
• Makes sales forecast and submit monthly reports to Singapore Office and Japan HQ.
• Participate in discussions with Singapore Office on business plans.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks from local MD and HOD.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Experiences in managing distributors and dealers would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
